Last Day!

This is the last day of the “Photographic & Painting Exhibition” by Nathan Kellett and Jenny McEwen Mason. 

Nathan Kellett is a local amateur photographer who over the past 15 years has

captured images from around the country. Photographs within this exhibition
focus on Victoria, the Snowy Mountains and the Canberra region. Nathan only
spends a limited number of weekends every year dedicated to his art and has
selected the most unique photographs to exhibit.Jenny McEwen Mason has been an amateur painter for over thirty years.
Her first works were oils but gradually over time she has incorporated more
mediums to her repertoire. This exhibition focuses on her works done in pastels
and watercolours across a range of subjects.Both Nathan and Jenny are proud to bring you this body of work which
incorporates their combine passion for the natural world through time lapsing
photography or instances of whim.

This is the last weekend to view Keeping Company in The Woolshed Gallery.

Three well respected Canberra based artists; Kylie Fogarty, Carole Osmotherly and Judy Witherdin are to exhibit together in an exhibition of silk paintings, glass art and works on paper at The Woolshed Gallery, Strathnairn Arts, Holt.

Whilst the art practices of each artist differ, the complimentary nature of their work when exhibited together has resulted in a number of acclaimed exhibitions throughout the Canberra region.

Meet The Artists At The Woolshed Gallery this weekend!

Thank you to all who joined us in celebrating the opening of Keeping Company in The Woolshed Gallery. The Exhibition was opened by Jo Hollier last Saturday. Although the weather was turbulent, many were warmed by the fire in the Woolshed Gallery.

Artists Kylie Fogarty, Carole Osmotherly and Judy Witherdin are exhibiting Silk Paintings, Glass Art and Works on Paper.

Due to Interest in the Keeping Company Exhibition – Strathnairn Arts Gallery will be hosting a Meet The Artists, 2pm this Saturday October 8, 2016 in The Woolshed Gallery.

Please note: Due to the wet weather the grounds have become very soft and wet underfoot. For this reason, visitors are welcome to drive up to The Woolshed Gallery.
